What happened in the last month
I became engaged. I was offered a new job in my old home town. For 2 days I worried over it (was it compatible with life changes happening etc-more of which will become apparent) and then finally was able to say yes (which I wanted to do) with the support of my now fiance, Mr A. The week that I received the job offer I was actually back in town. I also saw my old school friend for only the 2nd time in 8 years-didn't take us long to fill in gaps and get back up to speed. She told me of her op shopping glories and recommended a Hampstead Gardens op shop for it's vintage wedding dress collection. Naturally whilst we were having brunch at Tin Cat Cafe, we saw a former schoolmate, from the year level below, still very attractive but very matronly now and this brought up reminisces and grievances from our school days.
