my morning routine needs help

Since the Easter hols I've been inclined to delay my departure from my warm bed into the work-preparation routine for as long as possible. Maybe too long. Is getting out of bed at 8am for an 8:30 start a tad unreasonable? (I think I know the answer already).

Someone else described their morning routine which included time for drinking a cup of tea! Why would you get out of bed early to drink a tea? Am I the only one who does this?

I like your way better. A hot beverage can be consumed on the way to work - particularly if your car has nifty little cupholders like mine!

And in highschool I got up exactly 12 mins before I hopped on the bus from the bustop. Breakfast was a slice of toast consumed as I bolted to the (usually approaching) bus. Every spare moment of sleep was realised...I felt very efficient.

Now I understand why we are friends: we keep discovering these little quirks in common. I am so pleased to discover a fellow friend with streamlined morning routine. And as far as I can tell, your hair always looks straight, clothes on the right way, shoes on right foot.
Got out of bed "early" today and broke my skirt zip, which just proves that my original routine is better....
