10:15 saturday night and my tap is dripping

My friend nat reckons that if I want to sleep properly at night I should only shower in the morning. She's inadvertently right, because my fín shower has a leaky tap, doesn't matter how much I wrench it tight, it ends up dripping, and it has a delayed drip. The drips don't kick in until about an hour after I've used the shower, or about 5minutes after the CD I play at night has just finished (but just bought The Killers which has 18 tracks and appears to be a longer playing album. yay).

So NO SHOWERS AT NIGHT. I also got put onto some herbal sleeping tablets, I'm not sure if they're the same brand that Ben was "pushing" on me circa 2001 in Bristol, but they certainly didn't work, but now I realise it may have been how I took them. You have to take them ONE hour before you want to be slumbering, and when you feel sleepy from them, you must lie down and then attempt to sleep (not push yourself through a shower or a facial or a thinkfest).

Why all the sleep remedies? Been sleeping TERRIBLY, and it's not the quantity of coffee, it's from over using my brain... Paul said when he was writing his thesis and needed to sleep he had to put Rage on so that the white noise was absorb all his mental chatter.
